Hội Thánh Tin Lành Westminster là nhóm tín hữu cậy ơn Ðức Thánh Linh, tạo môi trường thích hợp cho mọi người không phân biệt tuổi tác, nghề nghiệp, thành phần xã hội đến thờ phượng Ðức Chúa Trời và học tập phục vụ theo gương Chúa Jêsus.

Hội Thánh Westminster cũng là nơi mọi con dân Chúa được trang bị để trở thành những chiến sĩ thập tự trong lãnh vực cầu nguyện và chinh phục nhiều người đến nhận ơn cứu rỗi của Chúa Cứu Thế Jêsus.
